Community Safety Reminders
Sidewalk and Driveway Safety Reminder
Dear Co-Owners,
The Board of Directors would like to kindly remind all community members that parking over the sidewalk is both unsafe and a violation of our community by-laws. Sidewalks must remain clear at all times to ensure the safety and accessibility of all residents, including children, seniors, and those with mobility challenges.
In the coming days, members of the Board may be present in the community to offer friendly reminders regarding sidewalk and driveway safety. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Additionally, we would like to remind all co-owners that it is their responsibility to maintain their driveways and adjacent sidewalks in a safe and well-kept condition. This includes addressing issues with cracks, uneven surfaces, or any hazards that could pose a risk to pedestrians.
The Board is placing a strong emphasis on safety, as these concerns represent a potential liability not only for individual co-owners but for the community as a whole. The goal is that any necessary repairs or maintenance be completed by the end of 2026.
If you require assistance in coordinating these efforts, the Board is available to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

Sincerely,
The Board of Directors
